Huge shoutout to the team at Krystal Automotive! If you are tired of big chains or shops that try to upsell you on things you don't need, bring your vehicle here. They were respectful of my time and budget, explained the problem clearly, and were refreshingly transparent about what repairs made sense for them to tackle and what didn't. They took fantastic care of my car at a very fair price. It feels great to have a reliable, honest neighborhood mechanic I can count on.

Took my friends 08 corvette in for tires improperly jacked it up and broke abs wires Lugs were over torqued Very unprofessional. Stay away over priced Lexi is a liar, and will act nice to just manipulate the story in my opinion

They was very nice and polite. Took my car in diagnostic. Dont take no tome at all. They sent me a quote . It was reasonable for the job. But it was one of those jobs I could do. So im going to. The only issue I have is that. When you go to a mechanic. For this service. You either dont get charge for diagnostic or you get a discount on it when you give them the work. Listen I use to run a garage. I under stand your paying for their time to find the issue. But when you give the work. Thats different uneven agree with a hearty discount on just the diagnostic. Other then that. They are good people very knowledgeable in automotive.

Service was great. Would preferred not to have to pay the check up part seeing that I did the tire change with you but it is what it is.

The repairs on my son's car ended up costing a little more than expected, but the team worked hard to help us and made sure the job was done right. I appreciated their honesty, effort, and willingness to stick with the problem until it was resolved. Thank you for taking care of us.

I am extremely disappointed! I brought my Prius in that was overheating and running rough, you told me it had a blown head gasket and was going to probably be $10,000 to fix because it needed a new engine. I sold the car the next day, today I got a message from the guy I sold it to, he changed the gasket and water pump and it’s running great and he couldn’t be happier! No I have to find another vehicle, I wanted this car to last me another 150k miles and it probably would have with a very inexpensive fix! It is so difficult to find a mechanic these days that is trustworthy! Everyone is so money hungry and dishonest!

My car was completely undrivable and I almost lost my method of income from Uber and Lyft but Krystal Automotive understood how important it was to make it back on top! My car drives amazing now! 🥳 The customer service is very welcoming, very transparent and overall Ive had an amazing experience 👌🏾! I feel very confident as a customer 😀

I moved here from New Jersey within the past year and I have used Krystal automotive a few times now and I cannot say enough great things about this shop! The owner herself runs the office, she’s honest, fair priced, super friendly and stands by her work and words which is rare😊I highly recommended this establishment for any automotive needs!!! They also offer alignments now as well

I do not recommend, overpriced. Even basic repairs are pricey. I only had an AC low pressure switch replaced and had an AC recharge. It costed me nearly $400, which most of it was labor (which it probably took them 30 minutes to an hour to do the job) to unplug and unscrew the switch then recharge the AC, would've done it myself but I am not certified to handle freon. I just wanted it done so freon is not leaking into the environment. They also quoted me $120 for an inspection initially then changed it to $180 when I went to pick up my vehicle. Was quoted multiple times and prices changed every time, not very consistent with prices. I would recommend going to larger shops (not dealerships unless you have a warranty claim) that don't charge as much.

I have been using Krystal Automotive for years. Even though they have changed owners twice since, Spencer, the original owner they carry on his tradition of delivering outstanding and honest service. They are honest and dependable.

They are crooks, dropped my running truck off to them go back and pay them $837. They give me the keys and the truck is no longer running then they call the cops bad business. I wouldn’t recommend no one to them.

I have a 2010 GMC 2500 HD (original owner) that required diagnostic service for warning lights. I located Krystal Automotive in Ocala FL while researching their website which had an excellent write-up on diagnosing the GMC Duramax Diesel engine with the Allison transmission. Alexis and Wynona were great in getting my appointment scheduled for a drop-off diagnostic. They put me in contact with Charlie, and he made the extra effort to review my past service history for my truck and what occurred with the check engine light warnings (multiple). My assumptions of potential fuel system and specifically fuel sensor issues were totally unwarranted to my relief with a reset of the computer. Charlie’s vehicle inspection and diagnostics work was prompt, and I had the vehicle back in the same day. I sincerely appreciated the communication, responsiveness, and the professionalism from the entire staff of Krystal Automotive. Thank you!

Came in for an oil change on a Mercedes, which we typically have handled at the dealership in Gville (a long and tedious round trip from The Shores where we live). This service is a little more convoluted than a typical oil change, and the tech, Charlie @ Krystal, handled it with precision and care. He realized I wanted the car handled with kid gloves, and he didn't let my wife or myself down. He was meticulous in the service, even checking references and torquing the drain plug to spec. Before he lowered the car from the lift, after he inspected it mechanically, he called me over to look at something in the undercarriage of our SUV that might be a potential, somewhat serious issue in the future, to plan on repairing before it became worse. All in all, it was a good experience, and I would say we experienced peace of mind. It was our first visit with Krystal Auto, and it certainly will not be our last. The shop is located somewhat off Maricamp, after it's long entrance drive, but do not be deterred, just passed the car wash is Krystal's fully equipped shop. Everyone at the shop was helpful, professional, and amiable.

This is my 2nd appointment in 2026 and there aren't enough stars in the world to share how pleased I am with the customer service and maintenance of my vehicle. I went in for a transmission maintenance and my FORD Explorer SUV is running like new! The crew is quick and efficient and the hospitality is amazing. I will not take my car anywhere else!

I happened to find this shop during a recent google search for reputable and honest auto repair facilities where I could take my minivan for service for a check engine light issue. First off, they are an unashamed outspoken Christian business. That information is clearly visible on their facebook page. I love that. I am very pleased with the services and care I received here. Alexis answered my many questions to ensure I understood everything. She was able to get me in right away and the work was completed very quickly. While auto repairs are never cheap, the cost was much less at Krystal than what it would have been at most other shops, where you also wouldn't be given the same kind of personal attention and care as I received. I highly recommend Krystal Automotive.

I brought my kia soul to Krystals with an oil leak and check engine light. The techs replaced the oil pressure sensor AND did testing on the catalytic converter, O2 sensor. They went above and beyond to test and explain what my options are. I highly recommend Krystal Automotive!
